Softballllll

Softball is a huge thing in my family. It started way back when i was little when i was first acclimated to softball. I went to all my sister's softball games that i could possibly go to. After awhile i became their bat girl. That was quite the experience. Not only did all my siblings play softball and baseball but both my mom and my dad played too.

Softball is quite an easy sport to understand. The offensive team is the team that is hitting. Their goal is to get people on base and get them back home before the defensive makes three outs. The defensive team has a goal of getting three outs as soon as possible. They can get outs by catching a pop fly, striking some one out, tagging some one out, or fielding a ground ball and throwing it to the base before they get there. On defensive there is nine positions. The pitcher is key and they need to practice a lot more than all most of the other people. Depending on the situation, you can either win, lose, or tie. If you tie, its just because you aren't in a tournament situation that requires extra innings to decide who wins.
