two-a-days...

two-a-days...what a dumb thing. whoever thought of that idea, was probably hated a lot.
I suppose two-a-days aren't that horrible. Besides the early morning and the late night filled with running, it really does help for team building and helps make you better. Now a days, many sports do two-a-days. Softball, Football, Basketball, and occasionally an early practice for track are some sports that partake in two-a-days. Its brutal.

The early morning practice is by far the worst. Maybe it is just because i'm not a morning person. I mean, i really can't hear my alarm clock in the morning, so my mom has to come wake me up or some one has to call or text me. And then when you go outside, it is freezing because its 5 in the morning! Wow, they are just not fun.

I admire your effort! I have a hard time getting to the gym once a day...much less twice!
